What this site stores

• Session — a random session id in an HttpOnly cookie. The cookie contains no profile data; the record lives on the server and expires after 14 days.
• Discord profile — your user id, username, display name, and the avatar and banner hashes Discord returns for the identify scope, used to render your avatar beside your review.
• Server list — the id, name, icon and your permission level for servers where Discord reports you can manage settings (guilds). It is stored with the session and used only to verify a review or report.
• Reviews — rating, text, the server name and id, your permission level on it, your display name and avatar hash, and the timestamp. Public by design.
• Reports — category, severity, subject, body, optional server and evidence link, and the reference code. Private to the maintainers.
• Helpful votes — one row per account per review, used so a vote can be toggled and not counted twice.

What the bot stores

The bot keeps per-server configuration and snapshots: server settings, roles with their permission bitfields, the channel tree with overwrites, emoji and sticker metadata with downloaded image files, bans with reasons, and webhook metadata. This data belongs to the server that installed the bot and is used only to restore that server. It is never mixed between servers.

Discord scopes we ask for

• identify — username, avatar, banner.
• guilds — the servers you are in, so a review can be attached to a server you actually manage.
• guilds.join — adds you to our support server automatically after sign-in. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, never sent to the browser, and removed when your session ends.

Bot installation is a separate flow: it grants the bot the permissions listed on the support page, and grants this site nothing.

Cookies and third parties

This site sets exactly one functional cookie (the session) and one temporary cookie during the sign-in redirect. No advertising, no analytics, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and avatars from Discord's CDN, which means those two hosts see your IP address as any CDN request would. Everything else is served from this origin.

Retention

• Sessions: 14 days, or until you sign out.
• Reviews: until you ask for removal or they break the terms.
• Reports: kept while the issue is open and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up.
• Server snapshots: rotated, keeping only the newest few.

Your rights

You can revoke this site's access at any time in Discord under User Settings → Authorized Apps. To have a review or report deleted, ask in the support server with the reference code; deletion is permanent and we will confirm it. Reports and reviews are deleted together with the account row that owns them, so removing an account removes the content it published.

Security measures

• Authorization code flow with PKCE, a signed single-use state cookie, and exact redirect matching.
• Server-side sessions; the browser only ever holds an opaque id.
• Access tokens encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and a key kept outside the database.
• Parameterised SQL only, strict request-body limits, same-origin checks on every write, and rate limits on reviews, reports and sign-in.
• A restrictive Content Security Policy, no inline script, no third-party script.

Children

Discord requires users to be at least 13 years old; this site follows the same rule and does not knowingly keep data about anyone younger.

Contact

Privacy questions and deletion requests go through the support server, or through the private report form if you prefer not to post publicly.

Bot lưu gì

Bot giữ cấu hình theo từng server và các bản chụp: cài đặt server, role kèm bitfield quyền, cây kênh kèm overwrite, metadata emoji/sticker kèm file ảnh đã tải về, ban kèm lý do, và metadata webhook. Dữ liệu này thuộc về server đã cài bot và chỉ dùng để phục hồi chính server đó. Không bao giờ trộn giữa các server.

Các scope Discord được yêu cầu

• identify — tên người dùng, avatar, banner.
• guilds — danh sách server bạn tham gia, để đánh giá chỉ gắn vào server bạn thực sự quản lý.
• guilds.join — tự động thêm bạn vào server hỗ trợ sau khi đăng nhập. Access token và refresh token được mã hoá AES-256-GCM, không gửi xuống trình duyệt và bị xoá khi phiên đăng nhập kết thúc.

Cài bot là luồng riêng: nó cấp cho bot các quyền liệt kê ở trang hỗ trợ, và không cấp gì cho site này.

Cookie và bên thứ ba

Site đặt đúng một cookie chức năng (phiên) và một cookie tạm trong lúc chuyển hướng đăng nhập. Không quảng cáo, không analytics, không theo dõi xuyên site, không fingerprinting. Trang tải font từ Google Fonts và avatar từ CDN của Discord, nghĩa là hai host đó thấy IP của bạn như mọi request CDN khác. Phần còn lại phục vụ từ chính origin này.

Thời gian lưu

• Phiên: 14 ngày, hoặc tới khi bạn đăng xuất.
• Đánh giá: tới khi bạn yêu cầu xoá hoặc vi phạm điều khoản.
• Báo cáo: giữ trong lúc vấn đề còn mở và một thời gian hợp lý sau đó để theo dõi.
• Bản chụp server: xoay vòng, chỉ giữ vài bản mới nhất.

Quyền của bạn

Bạn có thể thu hồi quyền của site bất cứ lúc nào trong Discord ở User Settings → Authorized Apps. Muốn xoá một đánh giá hoặc báo cáo, hãy yêu cầu trong server hỗ trợ kèm mã tham chiếu; việc xoá là vĩnh viễn và sẽ được xác nhận. Báo cáo và đánh giá bị xoá cùng dòng tài khoản sở hữu chúng, nên xoá tài khoản là xoá luôn nội dung đã đăng.

Biện pháp bảo mật

• Luồng authorization code kèm PKCE, cookie state ký một lần dùng, và khớp redirect chính xác.
• Phiên lưu phía server; trình duyệt chỉ giữ một id vô nghĩa.
• Access token mã hoá khi lưu bằng AES-256-GCM với khoá để ngoài database.
• Chỉ dùng SQL tham số hoá, giới hạn body request, kiểm tra same-origin cho mọi thao tác ghi, và rate limit cho đánh giá, báo cáo, đăng nhập.
• Content Security Policy nghiêm ngặt, không script inline, không script bên thứ ba.

Trẻ em

Discord yêu cầu người dùng từ 13 tuổi trở lên; site này theo đúng quy định đó và không cố ý lưu dữ liệu của người nhỏ hơn.
