1. Acceptance
By inviting Fotaken to a Discord server, using its commands, or signing in to this site, you agree to these terms and to Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, remove the bot and stop using the site.
2. What Fotaken is
Fotaken is an anti-nuke and recovery bot: it observes server events, attributes actions to accounts through Discord's audit log, reverses unauthorised changes, punishes the accounts responsible according to your configuration, and rebuilds server state from snapshots. This site adds documentation, verified reviews and a private report channel.
3. Your server, your decisions
You are responsible for who holds permissions in your server, for the thresholds you configure, and for every action the bot takes on your behalf. Fotaken acts only within the permissions you grant and only on resources below its own role. It cannot act on roles equal to or above its highest role.
Deletions are permanent and punishment is real. A ban, kick, timeout or role change issued by Fotaken is a real Discord action. Configure the punishment mode carefully before enabling every module.
Snapshots are kept on the operator's storage and rotate; a very old state may no longer exist. Restores depend on Discord's rate limits and on permissions the bot may have lost during the attack.
4. Reviews on this site
- Only a signed-in Discord account that Discord reports as owner, administrator or manager of a server may publish a review for that server.
- Each account may publish at most two reviews, and only one per server.
- Reviews are public, attributable to your Discord display name and avatar, and must describe your genuine experience. Harassment, advertising, personal data about third parties, and reviews written for payment are not allowed.
- We may remove any review that breaks these rules, and may restrict accounts that abuse the system.
5. Reports
Reports are private submissions to the maintainers. Sign-in is required so a report can be followed up. Do not submit false reports, do not paste other people's personal data, and do not use the report form as a channel for abuse. The daily limit exists to keep triage workable.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use Fotaken to harass members, to run a server that violates Discord's rules, or to attempt to bypass another bot's protections.
- Do not probe, overload or attempt to extract data from this site or its APIs. Security research is welcome — report it privately instead of exploiting it.
- Do not resell access to the bot or present it as your own product.
7. Availability and limits
Fotaken is provided as-is, without warranty. Discord's API rate limits, audit-log delays, incomplete audit history and permission hierarchy can all limit detection and recovery. When the audit log cannot prove who acted, the bot records an unknown rather than guessing; when a scan is incomplete, it does not prune resources. We do not guarantee that every attack is fully reversed.
8. Suspension
We may blacklist an account or server, revoke access, or stop serving a deployment at any time, especially where the service is abused or where keeping it running would break the law or Discord's rules.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the maintainers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or moderation decisions you configured the bot to take. Your use of the bot is at your own risk.
10. Changes and contact
These terms may change as the bot evolves; the date above is updated when they do. Questions go to the support server, or through the private report form for legal and security matters.

2. Fotaken là gì
Fotaken là bot chống nuke và phục hồi: theo dõi sự kiện của server, xác định tài khoản thực hiện qua audit log của Discord, đảo ngược thay đổi không được phép, phạt tài khoản chịu trách nhiệm theo cấu hình của bạn, và dựng lại trạng thái server từ bản chụp. Site này bổ sung tài liệu, đánh giá đã xác thực và kênh báo cáo riêng tư.
3. Server của bạn, quyết định của bạn
Bạn chịu trách nhiệm về việc ai có quyền trong server, về các ngưỡng bạn cấu hình, và về mọi hành động bot thực hiện thay bạn. Fotaken chỉ hành động trong giới hạn quyền bạn cấp và chỉ trên tài nguyên nằm dưới role của nó. Bot không thể tác động lên role ngang hoặc cao hơn role cao nhất của nó.
Xoá là vĩnh viễn và hình phạt là thật. Ban, kick, timeout hay đổi role do Fotaken thực hiện đều là hành động thật trên Discord. Hãy cấu hình chế độ phạt cẩn thận trước khi bật toàn bộ module.
Bản chụp được lưu trên storage của người vận hành và xoay vòng; trạng thái quá cũ có thể không còn. Việc phục hồi phụ thuộc rate limit của Discord và quyền mà bot có thể đã mất trong lúc bị tấn công.
4. Đánh giá trên site
- Chỉ tài khoản Discord đã đăng nhập và được Discord báo là chủ server, quản trị viên hoặc quản lý mới được đăng đánh giá cho server đó.
- Mỗi tài khoản tối đa hai đánh giá, và chỉ một đánh giá mỗi server.
- Đánh giá là công khai, gắn với tên hiển thị và ảnh đại diện Discord của bạn, và phải phản ánh trải nghiệm thật. Không chấp nhận quấy rối, quảng cáo, dữ liệu cá nhân của người khác, hay đánh giá được trả tiền.
- Chúng tôi có thể xoá đánh giá vi phạm và hạn chế tài khoản lạm dụng hệ thống.
5. Báo cáo
Báo cáo là nội dung riêng tư gửi tới người duy trì. Cần đăng nhập để có thể theo dõi và phản hồi. Không gửi báo cáo sai sự thật, không dán dữ liệu cá nhân của người khác, không dùng form báo cáo để lạm dụng. Giới hạn theo ngày tồn tại để việc phân loại khả thi.
6. Sử dụng được phép
- Không dùng Fotaken để quấy rối thành viên, vận hành server vi phạm quy định Discord, hoặc tìm cách vượt qua lớp bảo vệ của bot khác.
- Không dò quét, làm quá tải hay tìm cách trích xuất dữ liệu khỏi site và API. Nghiên cứu bảo mật được hoan nghênh — hãy báo cáo riêng thay vì khai thác.
- Không bán lại quyền truy cập bot hoặc trình bày nó như sản phẩm của bạn.
7. Khả dụng và giới hạn
Fotaken được cung cấp nguyên trạng, không bảo hành. Rate limit API Discord, độ trễ audit log, lịch sử audit không đầy đủ và hierarchy quyền đều có thể giới hạn khả năng phát hiện và phục hồi. Khi audit log không chứng minh được ai làm, bot ghi nhận "không xác định" thay vì phỏng đoán; khi lượt quét không đầy đủ, bot không dọn tài nguyên. Chúng tôi không bảo đảm mọi cuộc tấn công đều được đảo ngược hoàn toàn.
8. Tạm ngưng
Chúng tôi có thể blacklist một tài khoản hoặc server, thu hồi quyền truy cập, hoặc ngừng phục vụ một deployment bất cứ lúc nào, đặc biệt khi dịch vụ bị lạm dụng hoặc khi tiếp tục vận hành sẽ vi phạm pháp luật hay quy định Discord.
9. Trách nhiệm
Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, người duy trì không chịu trách nhiệm cho thiệt hại gián tiếp, mất dữ liệu, hay các quyết định kiểm duyệt mà bạn đã cấu hình cho bot. Bạn sử dụng bot với rủi ro của chính mình.
10. Thay đổi và liên hệ
Điều khoản có thể thay đổi khi bot phát triển; ngày cập nhật phía trên sẽ được chỉnh theo. Câu hỏi gửi qua server hỗ trợ, hoặc qua form báo cáo riêng cho vấn đề pháp lý và bảo mật.
